Welcome to United Dental Centers of Whiting! Dr. Fried and the rest of our dental team are here to welcome new dental patients in Whiting and ensure all visits to our dental office are a success. To help you take the first step toward a life of better oral health, we want to provide you with helpful tips and information to make your initial appointment nothing but the best. Review the details below and feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
Your First Visit
Once you arrive for your first visit, you will be greeted by a member of our friendly front desk staff before filling out any necessary new patient paperwork. You’ll then be escorted to a treatment room by one of our dental assistants or dental hygienists to begin the appointment. We’ll take digital X-rays of your smile as well as any additional photos of your teeth, gums, and bite. After a thorough examination, you will meet with one of our skilled dentists in Whiting to discuss possible treatment and the cost before being escorted to the front to check out.
Patient Forms
New patient paperwork is essential to ensuring that we get you into our system. We will have you fill out the necessary forms when you arrive and will request your dental insurance information for claims filing. If you have questions or need assistance, please let us know.
Dental Insurance
At United Dental Centers, we are pleased to be in-network with a host of dental insurance companies and will exceed your expectations when it comes to working with them on your behalf. Whether you need help reviewing your plan, navigating your coverage, or determining your eligibility, we’re here to make the process as easy as possible.
